Here's what some of our partners have to say about working with us ...
“Aimhigher are a highly valued member of Commsortia Ltd. and as such have been instrumental in providing services under the ESF Building Better Opportunities (BBO) programme. Working very closely with our BBO team and other members within the supply chain, Aimhigher have been able to support some of Northamptonshire’s most vulnerable members of society on their journey closer to employment. We have found that their staff go above and beyond the call of duty and have help in supporting us to fulfil our aims and objectives under the programme”.
Dion Hunt, Commsortia
We have been working with Ann, Phil, and Helen as a partner for the Building Better Opportunities project for nearly a year and they have been fantastic throughout. They are always professional and polite, excellent communicators and always deliver on promises. They are great at developing a group dynamic with our customers and providing an informal supportive learning environment. They make all of our customers feel at ease, many of which have confidence issues and may have been out of work for a long time. We have seen some excellent achievements and employability related outcomes during our time working together. They provide a first class service.

Aimhigher have worked successfully with some of our Year 11 students here at Silverstone UTC for the last 3 years. They have built such positive relationships with our students through the employability skills qualifications with 100% success. All students who participated in the programme have gone on to further education/ employment or training. This is testimony to the hard work and dedication of the Aimhigher team.
Mrs Julie Muscutt, Head of Global Events, Silverstone UTC
"We have been working with Aimhigher for about three and a half years now and always find them to be very accomodating and understanding of the differing needs of our service users, many of whom are vulnerable women. They support the ladies where necessary on a one to one basis and if they recognise a need that they are unable to meet they will endeavour to refer to other relevant or appropriate agencies who can help.
The Aimhigher staff are not just tutors, they go above and beyond to follow up with anyone who does not attend the sessions. This is really important for our cohort of women as it has often been a huge effort on their part to commit to the course in the first place due to the extent of some of the vulnerabilities they have. We therefore do our best to keep them engaged and Aimhigher work closely with us to this extent.
Because of the input from Aimhigher and their patience and dedication, many of our service users have gained accredited qualifications for the first time ever."
