TCHC - the lead organisation for the contract
TCHC are a family owned company that is passionate about helping people overcome barriers to employment. We feel that our strong family values have been instrumental in the success we have experienced supporting the most disadvantaged, particularly those with multiple complex barriers that have struggled or even failed to access mainstream provision.
We offer practice employment support for those out of work and focussed business and workforce development solutions for employers across all industry sectors. Our current portfolio includes a mixture of commercially available training courses as well as publicly funding training, support and advice services.
Aimhigher is working in partnership with TCHC on the European Social Fund (ESF) and Skills Funding Agency (SFA) project Building Better Opportunities (BBO) to provide programmes of study to re-engage NEET and students at risk of becomming NEET in Northamptonshire. The project will run over two years encouraging young people from hard to reach backgrounds to consider their progression opportunities, reamin in school, progress to further education, engage in apprenticeships and traineeships or access volunteering as a route to developing skills key to employment.
