Emily Hedge talks about her experience as an apprentice

Young people were yesterday collecting their 'A' Level results and making their decisions about their next steps. For those who were successful in gaining their required grades a place at the univeristy of their choice will be secured.  Opportunities through the UCAS clearning system will enable students to find a suitable place where spaces are available.

Emily, had been a student on an Aimhigher Programme while attending Weston Favell Academy in 2015.  As part of her programme Emily learned a range of skills to support her employabilty and further learning.  She attended a work experience placement and from their secured an apprenticeship.

The team at Aimhigher Northamptonshire are delighted with the progress that Emily has made and wish her well for the future.
