Futures Placed

Futures Placed are specifically focused on giving young people the opportunity of finding responsible employment.

We work with Social Enterprises that give young people the inspiration and aspirations to take their next informed steps to a successful employment future.

Working in partnership with Social Enterprise’s, we provide them with a referral point to inspire young people into a career they want.

Personal Employment toolkit process

  • A documented one2one interview with the young person, which provides them with a reflection of where they are now, their past experiences as well as where they would like to be in the future.
  • The one2one provides Futures Placed with in depth information that allows us to create an individually tailored C.V along with a personal statement that clearly defines the young person and their aspirations.
  • The one2one and the CV are prepared and given back to the candidate in the form of a “Personal Toolkit”. This is theirs to keep as they move through their career life and also contains all their personal certificates and achievements in one safe place ready for interviews and reflection.

Interview Skills & Practical coaching

We ensure each candidate has practical interview coaching which includes interview best practice, flow and structure as well as interview etiquette.

Partnership

Futures Placed aim to partner the entire process from initial interview through to offer stage, start dates and probation periods.

This ensures that the process runs smoothly and that the client and candidates expectations are achieved.

Fee structure / Overview

Futures Placed charge a minimum fee of £1,000 per placement or 10% of the candidates first years salary.

We also donate 25% of each placement fee back to the attributed Social Enterprise to help contribute to all the fantastic work they do with young adults to help them into responsible employment.
